I grew up in Farmington and was captain of the Farmington High baseball team. I went to Michigan State University and received my bachelor's degree in business and an MBA in marketing. That is where I met and married my wife Sue. After working briefly in New York City, we moved to Novi where we still reside. Our son Kyle attended Novi High and went on to Western Michigan University where he graduated with a double major in finance and accounting. He is now employed by EDS.
